You must be at least 23 years old to rent a vehicle in Greece and have held a valid driving license for at least one year.

You must have your driving license with you at the start of the rental. It should have been issued at least one year prior to the rental date.

Additionally, you must bring your ID card or passport. All documents must display the name of the driver.

Regarding the driving license: You must hold a license issued by a European Union country or an International Driving Permit (IDP). The International Driving Permit must be accompanied by the driving license from the driver’s home country.

In the unfortunate event of a mechanical issue, you should contact the phone number (+30) 6943520678 (24-hour service).

In case you return the car earlier than the date specified in the booking, no refund will be issued.

Changing the vehicle drop-off location can be arranged by contacting the reservation department of VroumVroum.gr.

Only the individuals listed in the rental agreement as drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle from VroumVroum.gr.
